How to use the exchange?

SeaRecruit is an exchange for crewing agents: find a partner for your deal — buy a seaman for your vacancy or sell your candidate.

1. Registration
Sign up with your email and fill in your profile: photo, nickname, phone. Link Telegram in the profile so that new deal notifications arrive instantly.

2. Posting a deal
Go to your account → “Add a deal”. Choose the deal type (buy or sell a seaman), the rank and the vessel type, set the contract length and region, and describe the seaman: experience, availability, commission and special requests. Press “Publish” — the card appears on the home page. You can keep up to four cards at a time and edit or delete each of them.

3. Browsing offers
Cards on the home page are sorted by date. Green cards mean a seaman is wanted, red ones mean a seaman is offered. Use the “Select fleet type” and “Select rank” filters and the “Buy” / “Sell” buttons.

4. Making a deal
Press “Offer a deal” on a card to start a conversation with the agent. You can attach files: CVs, documents, scans. The agent receives a Telegram notification.

5. Reviews
After a conversation you can leave the agent a review with a star rating. Ratings are visible on the cards and help everyone pick reliable partners.
